Slime Document is provided for use by any individual or entity for any lawful purpose. Users are granted the right to utilize Slime Document's features through graphical user interfaces or application programming interfaces without seeking explicit permission from us.

Users retain ownership of all documents generated under their projects. This ownership extends to the legal liability associated with the generated documents.

Our services are delivered electronically through APIs. Once the services are successfully delivered, they are considered completed, and the reversal is not possible.

Due to the nature of our services, they are non-returnable. Services are prepaid, and users have the option to top up usage credit with any amount limited by our infrastructure. Users are provided with the opportunity to review and confirm the amount being topped up before finalizing the transaction.

By utilizing our services, users agree that the amount topped up is non-refundable. Once the user makes the payment, it is understood that the user has accepted the non-refundable nature of the services.

In the rare occurrence of technical issues or service disruptions, users are encouraged to contact us through the support channel provided. Our team will diligently address and resolve any concerns promptly.

In no event shall Slime Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

The user recognizes and accepts that Slime Systems will offer the service as-is and based on its availability. Slime Systems does not provide any assurances, guarantees, or commitments (whether explicitly stated or implied) concerning the service. All assurances, guarantees, and commitments related to accuracy, system reliability, merchantability, satisfaction, quality, suitability for a specific purpose, and non-infringement are explicitly waived or disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws.

The service and its legal binding will be subject to and interpreted under the laws of Thailand. Any disagreement arising from or linked to Slime Document will be brought before the appropriate court in Thailand.
